Jilli Win Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Jilli Win ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing jilliwin.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on Jilli Win.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the Jilli Win platform. Continued use of Jilli Win following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. 2Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Jilli Win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Jilli Win strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with Philippine law. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds within will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within the Philippines at the time of play, in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Jilli Win or any associated company involved in operating the platform.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by Jilli Win or any Philippine gaming authority, and you are not currently subject to a betting ban or gaming restriction issued by any regulatory body.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy registration, proxy betting, and the use of a Jilli Win account on behalf of another person are all strictly prohibited.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Jilli Win account. Creating more than one account — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device combinations — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Only the balance of the original account may be considered for return of qualifying funds; any bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate accounts are forfeited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jilli Win login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including Jilli Win support staff — our team will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Jilli Win support immediately through the official support channel.

Jilli Win is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to us.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Jilli Win are processed in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currency or convert between currencies. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum single deposit: ₱100
• All deposit accounts and cards must be registered in the same name as your Jilli Win account. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer timelines depend on the processing schedule of the receiving institution.
• Jilli Win does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum single withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your Jilli Win account.
• Jilli Win processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers follow the standard inter-bank processing timelines of the receiving bank.
• Jilli Win reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the player's part.
• Any bonus funds that have not met their specified wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are completed. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds results in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Jilli Win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. Where the promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that bonus only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Jilli Win reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds if it determines that a player has registered or played with the primary intention of exploiting a bonus rather than genuine entertainment.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players, sold, or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players who hold a bonus balance may have withdrawal requests pended until the bonus wagering requirement is met. If a player chooses to withdraw before completing wagering, the bonus and bonus winnings will be forfeited and only qualifying real-money balance will be returned.
• Jilli Win may set minimum odds or game contribution percentages that apply to wagering requirements. These will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.

6Game & Betting Rules

Specific rules for each game and betting market available on Jilli Win are published in the relevant game lobby or market help section. These Terms establish the general principles that apply across all gaming and betting activity on the platform.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested on a periodic basis to confirm compliance with fairness standards.
• Sports betting odds and markets reflect Jilli Win's assessment of the probability of specific outcomes at the time of publication. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed by Jilli Win's system, it is binding. Players may not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where Jilli Win's specific game rules explicitly provide a cashout or edit facility.
• In the event of a technical error — including server failure, incorrect odds publication, or display glitches — Jilli Win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Jilli Win is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from technical malfunctions.
• For live sports betting, Jilli Win uses official data feeds from recognised sports data providers. Bet settlement follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned, postponed, or voided events are handled as described in the specific sport's betting rules.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jilli Win. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same person
• Registering on behalf of or allowing another person to use your account
• Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any discovered bug must be reported to Jilli Win support and not exploited
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using Jilli Win for money laundering or financial crime
• Accessing Jilli Win from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under local law
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through coordinated multi-account play, reverse bonus abuse, or similar schemes
• Posting offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content in any Jilli Win community feature

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Jilli Win platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game designs, interface graphics, written content, software code, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Jilli Win or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Jilli Win content without the prior written consent of Jilli Win. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Jilli Win platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jilli Win is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• Losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions
• Any financial decisions you make based on information displayed on the Jilli Win platform

Jilli Win's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in that month, unless a higher liability is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10Responsible Gaming

Jilli Win is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose in a defined period
• Session time alerts — receive a notification after a set duration of play
• Cooling-off — temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your account and be excluded from all future Jilli Win marketing and promotions

Players who have activated self-exclusion may not attempt to re-register or circumvent exclusion. If Jilli Win identifies a self-excluded player attempting to re-register, the new account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds returned.

12Account Suspension & Closure

Jilli Win may suspend or permanently close a player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Provision of false registration information
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Confirmed or suspected use of prohibited software or collusion tactics
• Chargebacks initiated by the player's payment provider on deposits previously used for wagering
• PAGCOR or law enforcement direction requiring suspension or closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Jilli Win will aim to complete its review within 30 days. Funds in suspended accounts will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and the specific circumstances of the case. Players who believe their account was suspended in error may contact Jilli Win support to initiate an appeal.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Jilli Win support. Prior to closure, outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus balances must be addressed. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.

13Amendments to These Terms

Jilli Win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — Jilli Win will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographic errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with regulatory direction — may be effective immediately upon publication on this page. 14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including Republic Act 9487 (the Interactive Games Act) and all regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) applicable to online gaming operators.

In the event of a dispute between you and Jilli Win, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Jilli Win aims to resolve player disputes fairly and promptly at the first level of contact. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to Jilli Win's compliance team for formal review.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to PAGCOR or, if necessary, the appropriate Philippine courts. Both parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes arising from these Terms.
